As an industry, our ability to embrace new and diverse perspectives and to better reflect the audiences we serve will directly impact how far we will go -- and how fast. Since 2013, ODI, along with our esteemed partners, has been facilitating connections between industry-leading executives and students as well as recent graduates, guiding them in their transition from academic settings to corporate boardrooms. Our organization operates as a non-profit 501(c)3 entity.
