About Us
Since 2013, ODI and our valued partners have been connecting the industry’s most influential executives with students and recent grads to show them how to go from the classroom to the boardroom. We are a non-profit 501(c)3 organization.

Our mission is to create a more diverse and inclusive media industry by providing marginalized and underrepresented students unprecedented access to our industry’s current leaders. In addition, we aim to help our industry at large meet its goals to identify and hire a more diverse workforce.
