After nearly 20 years in the cable industry, Dolly founded One Day Immersion, now One Diverse Industry, in 2012, with the mission of fostering relationships between executives and students. One Diverse Industry strives to offer unprecedented access to top diverse media executives for college students representing all communities. The non-profit organization produces forums where executives share their paths to their current positions, and provide insights and opportunities into the innovative and fast-moving industry.
Michael Smith, NPR's Chief Marketing Officer, brings more than 30 years of experience in entertainment brand marketing, content, digital, and revenue generating brand extensions. Previously he was SVP, GM Digital Channels for Scripps Networks, where he developed strategies to reach younger and more diverse audiences on new digital streaming platforms. Earlier, Smith was SVP, GM Cooking Channel and Food Category Brand Extensions. He oversaw marketing, brand strategy, and programming for the Cooking Channel, a network he helped create and launch.

Zenita Henderson has a deep passion for technology and has over thirty years in the telecommunications industry starting with Toner Cable, Jerrold/General Instrument, Motorola Mobility (a Google Company), ARRIS, SCTE, and now as the CMO for Segra, one of the largest fiber infrastructure bandwidth companies. Zenita is an award-winning community and industry relations activist supporting education, arts, science, technology and math (STEM/STEAM) initiatives, healthcare, diversity and inclusion programs in the cable industry.
Leerone Anolik leads a Business Operations & Strategy team at Google, providing thought leadership, insights, strategic and operational support to Google’s Global Partnerships team. Prior to Google, Leerone held a number of roles at iHeartMedia and worked as a Media Planner for Universal McCann Israel. She holds a BSc in Mathematics with extended study units in Economics and Psychology from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Alison Hellman joined Spectrum Networks in 2016 and currently serves as SVP, Content, Strategy and Marketing, overseeing Audience Insights, Partnerships, national content (including the Washington D.C. Bureau and National News Hub), The Performance Group, the award-winning NY1 newsroom, and more. In her role, Alison has overseen the launches of the Spectrum News mobile and connected TV apps and managed the expansion of Spectrum News to seven new states. Paul Bukoskey is a Producer, a Creative Director, Interviewer of People, and also writes things. A graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Film and Media, he continues to spend his days working at ESHAP, with the familiar face of Evan Shapiro in the realms of Film, Television, and Media. He's also Head of Content with ODI and leads their new media ventures, he's assisted ODI with conferences and school outreach for a few moons. He's quoted saying, "well I enjoy making cool stuff with great people so anyone can see it and think...this is awesome, I want to go do this and I CAN do it." Paul considers himself ODI's #1 fan and has it tattooed somewhere on his body, but he won't tell us where.
